Monolifix
Use cases / Exchanges and clearinghouses

List perpetuals on your own permissioned market on Hyperliquid.

Keep your rulebook, your clearing and your members. Hyperliquid provides the matching engine and order book, and Monolifix runs the layer around the market.

The problem

A matching engine is only part of a market.

Traders want around-the-clock perpetuals, and much of that trading happens offshore. Hyperliquid can provide the matching engine and the order book. You'd still need the systems that turn your rulebook into actions on a public network.

Where you are today
Who may tradeNeeds to follow your members' verification
ComplianceFlagged customers need holds that take effect onchain
DefaultsYour clearing rules need a way to act on the market
RecordsYour regulator needs a record of every decision
The solution

Your rulebook, carried out on the market.

Run access, holds, defaults and collateral moves through Monolifix, each with its own limited key behind your approval policy. Every action is recorded for your regulator, and your member FCMs onboard through Monolifix too.

Step by step

A customer on your market.

  1. 01Gets accessTheir FCM verifies them and requests access. You approve it per market, so you can open different contracts to different customers.
  2. 02Trades through their FCMThe order passes the FCM's pre-trade checks and matches on your order book on Hyperliquid.
  3. 03Is flagged and heldSurveillance flags a pattern, and you place a reduce-only hold. They can close positions, but can't add risk.
  4. 04Is clearedA second officer approves lifting the hold. The hold, the review and the approval all sit in your audit trail.
  5. 05LeavesThe FCM closes the account, you remove market access, and remaining collateral returns to the account before it closes.
